​We kindly request that any returns be shipped back to us at your own expense. Upon receipt of the returned item, we are happy to offer an exchange for a different size (subject to availability) or provide you with a store credit for future use. Please notify us within 3 days of delivery if you intend to return an item.

For store credit, we will issue the credit once we have received your return. In the case of an exchange, we will check the availability of the desired item upon receipt of your package. If the item is in stock, we will process the exchange accordingly. If the item is not available, a store credit will be issued instead.

Please allow up to 3 business days for our team to review and process your return once it has been received. Please note that all shoe sales and sale items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged. Thank you for your understanding.
